While it has good access to Springfield and Eugene, this park is not in the best part of town. This park is basically a run down single wide park that also allows full-time RV/trailers that are also in poor shape. There are only a handful of short term guests.

The property is maintained nicely, and the people here are absolutely the kindest, most fantastic group we’ve ever met along our travels. This is a safe, family oriented park and community. The surrounding areas have the beauty of the river and mountains but also the city is only 10 minutes away. Here you have the best of both worlds. There’s a few different areas designated for dogs on the property as well as a community garden and a little apple orchard. Eugene Mobile Village and RV Park is a gem.

Overall not an impressive park, but has a good location, quick to get into town and visit friends. Staff was friendly, lots of full timers and a mix of mobile homes. Didn't get around to checking out the facilities. Given availability, I'd pick Armitage park over this place, but I'd stay here again for a quick night or two otherwise.
