Loved the park, was very clean, staff was very friendly and helpful when needed. I would 10/10 recommend this park and stay here again.

I stayed here for one week. A mixture of full time folks and vacationers passing through. I enjoyed having access to town and restaurants etc. - HOWEVER - I did NOT see the fact that the Blackstone Ave is used as a drag strip in the evening! The noise each evening is deplorable!! We didn’t stay here on this visit to Fresno. However we have stayed in the past and had a good experience. This trip we used their dump station only. The cost to only dump and flush the black tank is $10. They have plenty of space for big rigs. Great park. Rates pretty good. Only reason it's a 4 is because the area isn't that great. Can be a bit getto. The park it self is nice, has a wall around it and I believe security patrol it at night. Not much to do in the park no pool no workout no where to ride bikes (except in the park). The long term people here are super nice. Really tries to watch your back.
