Entrance & driveway was packed with over flow cars and trucks. A broken side gate swinging open next to the office almost prevented our truck & trailer from leaving safely. The pull thru spot we had reserved was completely blocked by another “full timers” 5th wheel. The office was technically “closed “ but doors were left open, so that caused confusion. We barely made it back out of the circle driveway. The 5 mins we spent in the park we heard fighting & smelled noxious chemicals from the surrounding rigs. We quickly decided this was not a place for us. Disappointed. Campendium & Ghetto Sam need to revisit this place.

In town for a weekend convention, this park served our needs well. Nothing fancy, just a decent place to park our rig for the weekend.

  • It had the right amenity: Shade

Stopped here on the last night of a 6-week road trip and with the mid-August weather forecast at 102 degrees we were looking for just one thing: shade. Thankfully, site B - an otherwise unremarkable FHU dirt pad - was under a huge tree that put our whole trailer in shade. Thankfully, site B - an otherwise unremarkable FHU dirt pad - was under a huge tree that put our whole trailer in shade. We connected the A/C, had lunch, and went straight to nap time. It's pricey for not a lot else. The showers/restrooms are clean but unisex, requiring you to post a sign on the door telling others that it's being used currently by a man or woman. That was a bit off-putting. Didn't use the laundry or the Wi-Fi, although both were available. Got 40 or so broadcast channels. Fresno isn't a destination city, so for those just passing through it was okay. Easy access on and off CA-99.
