Yes, it’s pretty run down, but it is good enough for a night or two. Full hookups, everything works fine. Lots of full-time people but they keep to themselves. Lots of open desert to walk the dogs. Big rig friendly easy in and out for our 40 foot fifth wheel. Price we paid was with Passport America discount. Also, there are ‘cow farms’ nearby that could cause some consternation depending on the wind direction, but what could this park do about that? On the other hand, the showers, toilets and laundry left much to be desired in age, utility and cleanliness. Fortunately, we didn’t have need to use any of these. Many older campers/trailers in here as a fact but not a bother. Some of the concrete on pads was in poor condition. We didn’t need/use the wi-fi. We’d stay here again in similar circumstances. No limit of days using PA discount. This was an acceptable place in our particular circumstances.

The woman at the office was very kind and friendly. That’s the only thing going for this place. Very run down in all areas. We only stayed one night as we were passing through the area. I can't believe RPI would allow this park to be on their site.

The man at check in (Juan?) was very nice and polite. We arrived after dark (6:30pm) and I am glad we did not see the facilities during the day or we would not have stayed there. The negative: Site was ok. Concrete pad was old and broken. But the worst thing about this park was the restroom facilities. Dirty and smelled like sewage (worse than the dairy cow farms that are in the area), toilets had not been cleaned in forever (urine and waste on the toilet bowl and seat and one toilet had been broken for awhile since there were cobwebs on it), the sinks were rusty, old and dirty, and the building was run down too (patched over pieces of plywood, rotten wood, holes in walls, etc. We heard all the interstate noise throughout the night.I can't believe Passport America would allow this park to be on their site.

They wanted an extra fee for a credit card payment, so I paid cash. The office employee (I don't know if she was the owner) was not very friendly. My site was clean and in good condition, but the property overall was rather run down. I had wanted to use the laundry, but the laundry/restroom building was very dilapidated and dirty on the exterior, and the laundry room door was barricaded. The trash dumpsters were overflowing, with bags of trash on the ground. Most of the campers seemed to be permanent residents. There is a big dairy farm across I-10, but the wind must have been in the right direction when I was there, because there was no smell or flies. The only thing this RV park has going for it is its location on I-10.

I think it was just in the general direction we wanted to go after. Well on the way there from Las Cruces you pass a LARGE cattle farm. I think it might be bigger than the one on the 5 in California. Well if the wind is just right the RV park smells of cow manure. This park isn't that nice and not well maintained and the attendant was a bit off. I would say this is fine if you are in a pinch, but I would not have paid more than our passport america discount. The bathrooms and laundry were sketchy, we ended up not using either because we were a bit uncomfortable. The good thing about this park is that it was actually quiet. I think it's mostly residents or long term stays. The two stars were for it being quiet, right off the highway and part of passport america.

Don't expect anything fancy. The restrooms had problems and were a bit run down. Laundry needs some repair but was ok In and pinch. Nice attendant. Spotty wifi. Easy hookups. Some shady places. Mild interstate hum.
