This is an older park with many long-term residents. The park is well-kept, showers are clean and very usable, laundry room is clean and inexpensive to use. The pads are packed composite material and gravel. The staff is nice and helpful. The sites are close together and offer no privacy, if privacy is what you need or want.My only complaint, and it was a sporadic problem, is the park is located with a quarter mile of a dairy operation. As long as the prevailing winds were out of the west, no smell, but a few times the smell was overwhelming.The price reflects our week stay. We paid a $100.00 deposit, but that was fully refunded at the end of the week. We have solar and didn't use much power.
