Like all rv parks all the spaces are narrow. It was expected, and most people lived there and worked a local job. It was in a nicer areavof Houston, so I felt good about that. I didn't really notice road noise and night hours were quiet. After so much seclusion It took me awhile to be used to city life , but I felt safe there. I didn't really notice road noise and night hours were quiet. After so much seclusion It took me awhile to be used to city life , but I felt safe there. The showers were clean. There was a mix of old rv s all the way up to a brand new Tiffany motor home. The people were nice. Nothing seemed shady, but I was only there for a minute. The place is run by a little old lady, but she has plenty of help. No internet on the park wi fi.

The lady at the desk was very kind. But bad roads, sewer smells, trashy trailers.. yikes!!
