The spaces are fairly generous and mostly pull thrus. There are some trees and landscaping that make it feel a little less like a giant parking lot which is always appreciated in a desert setting. They do charge an up charge for use of 50A. We didn’t end up using the bathhouses, laundry or pool during our stay, but all looked fine. The laundry room seemed large with lots of machines.Cell service with AT&T was perfectly acceptable for working and video calls, although we ended up using our starlink instead as we continue to test it roaming to new locations.

The young lady said to bring the card with me when I checked in. Noted on the confirmation email that it was contact less check-in. When we were close, I called to get the GS discount. The woman who answered said sorry once we charge your card we can’t change it. It’s not fair to give the discount if you bought GS after making the reservation (which I didn’t). We can’t do that for everyone or we wouldn’t make any money. Um, what? If you are offended by GS, then stop honoring it. Anyway, moving along. Interior roads are paved with pea size gravel in the sites. The sites are pretty close and even closer on the perimeter where they have shared utilities. Our site was a mostly level pull thru that just fit the motorhome. We parked the toad in a small space between us and the next RV. We assumed this was ok as there were no instructions given. There are no picnic tables and no fire pits. There are many long term, and the sites are fairly neat. The WII FI worked ok. Verizon was 4g 4 bars. Satellite would not be a problem, and they have cable but we didn’t try it. There is a small pool near the office. It is very, very windy! It is an easy 8 mile drive to Lake Mead and Hoover Dam. Boulder City has a cute historic downtown – a little green oasis amidst all the brown. There are lots of Mediterranean style homes with sweeping views of Lake Mead. Due to the inadequate customer service and overpriced nightly fees, we would not stay here again.

  • Quiet, super clean, off the freeway....it’s great!

It’s impeccably kept, with what looks like a new large pool and spa tub, and barbecue available to all. It’s just a few minutes from Hoover Dam, but far enough off the main roads that it’s very quiet, especially at night. There are nice mountain views in several directions. Roads are paved, campsites are gravel. Would definitely stay here again.

The pull-through FHU site was easily accessible and level...but you're just feet from your neighbors (we didn't have enough room to extend awnings). This place is QUIET, but in a good way - we were often the only people at the pool/hottub. Laundry was $1.00/$1.50 per wash/dry, depending on the time cycle. For families with children, we recommend the Nature Discovery Trail and Rock Garden, which is only a couple minute drive from the park, and the Historic Railroad hiking trail about 15-min away. We had excellent cell coverage via Visible and T-mobile, along with 4 bars on a Sprint mobile hotspot.

Good location, nothing special. Hoover dam closed... went to the Pawn Stars Shop, Counts Kustoms and the strip... Don't need to see the strip again, much construction and seemed slow due to covid and the governor dictates. Checked out shops in Boulder City and went to the Hotel/Museum... it was good.

I was looking for a spot near vegas, but not right in vegas, and it was about 105 degrees the whole time I was here so hookups were pretty much mandatory. This place fit the bill, the rates were just a bit higher than I normally like to spend. The sites were nice, the laundry facility was clean and had plenty of machines, and it was great to be able to jump in the pool and beat the heat. They also have several dog runs where you can let your dog off leash, which was really nice. The sites were all close together, but I expect that at most RV parks. The staff was very friendly and accommodating when I asked to extend my stay (twice). The location is great for getting to Lake Mead and the Hoover Dam and Vegas is about 20-30 minutes away. For most stores, restaurants, etc. you will probably need to run to Henderson though, which can be a bit of a drive.

It's a typical private park with rigs lined up close together, with no picnic tables or other separators. The sites were a little tight, and people with larger rigs had to get creative to park their toads / tow vehicles on the same site, so don't expect much outdoor living space. Sewer intakes were elevated off the ground, making it a bit challenging to dump with our low-to-the-ground Airstream but we managed. Other utilities including cable TV all worked fine. The bathrooms were clean and relatively modern, with plenty of facilities to serve the whole campground. Similarly, the laundry room was spacious and offered plenty of machines for campers. The pool area seemed nice though we did not use it. The park is quite close to Hoover Dam, and also convenient to big box shopping in Henderson (Costco, Whole Foods, etc.). The town of Boulder City has several supermarkets, and plenty of restaurants and a brewery. We were here for the LAS airport, and it was about a 1/2 hour drive during non-peak times. The park occupants seemed like a mix of long-term visitors (multi-month winter visitors and permanent residents) with relatively little daily turnover. The park management is visible around the park and actively enforces the rules, so the park is quiet and clean and felt totally safe. The park was just completely "meh" -- we usually stay at public parks with impressive scenery -- but we would certainly stay here again if the occasion arose. Our price reflects a weekly rate.

Normally we stay at the Las Vegas Bay NPS campground, but because of heat (highs in the 100s) we decided to get a place with hookups so we could run the AC. The campground is laid out very well with good spacing between most of the sites. (Some of the sites are set up with tandem hookups, which are a little more crowded. Not sure how they determine who gets which sites.) Roads are asphalt, camping areas are gravel. Very clean. Excellent help by staff; we came in late on a Sunday night, well after their normal office closing at noon, yet one of the caretakers found an office person to help us locate a site and check in. It isn't particularly scenic, but that's not what we're staying here for. Rate reflects weekly rate, which I think is a great value. WiFi was pretty much worthless, but had incredible broadband speed.

We were surrounded by Class A RVs and 5th Wheels which was fine with us. Campground is a gravel and paved lot with pull through sites. Restroom and showers were very clean. I can't recall how much we paid for the night but I think we got a small AAA discount. We were allowed to leave our camper on site past check-out in order to go visit Hoover Dam without. That was very nice of the owners. Hoover Dam has some Homeland Security procedures and having a propane tank would have been a hassle. I would stay at this campground again for a one night stay.

Owners were in the process of installing a small pool and hot tub when we left. The park is only two blocks from a grocery store and strip mall. Bootleg Canyon mountain biking and hiking park is right behind the RV park. The entrance to Lake Mead is four miles away and the Hoover Dam about eight miles. We would stay here again if we were in the area.
