Except maybe the sites are smaller. Although I had 2 bars of AT&T signal there was almost no bandwidth. Voice calls were OK, but hotspot was a no-go most of the time. There is WiFi at the office, but only occasionally reachable from my site. The internal roads are a bit steep in places, but wide enough to be navigable with my 34’ bumper tow, although the dump station can be a bit tight. Our picnic table was directly behind our camper, and with our awnings extended we were within a couple of feet of the camper next to us. The fire pit was littered with cigarette butts (which is a pet peeve of mine). There were no OTA television stations detectable with our antenna. All this being said: The folks at the office are very nice and helpful. I was able to get my propane refilled, and this is definitely the closest park to the entrance. The sites are tucked into the woods, and we had no real problems getting level. Not much road noise from the highway, but you can hear the train occasionally (we kinda liked that). We didn’t use the laundry facility, although it looked like it was clean and well maintained. For the price and convenience: we’d consider staying here again.

There is cell signal for AT&T throughout the park but during the day it is useless as the pipe it must go through must be small. The only time I could watch YouTube was from 5 to 6:30 in the morning. The only Wi-Fi is right on the front porch area of the office. There are 174 sites and a few showers and I think only one laundry with three machines. There is some vegetation between most sites but not a lot but overall it was an OK stay as we stayed in the National park most of the time.

Extremely dusty from all the of traffic on the interior roads. I was camping with my parents and it took us both nearly an hour to get our rigs level on the sites (F14 and F16). Very uneven to the point of us having to find small boulders to level even though I brought many leveling blcoks. F16 even has a dry stream channel running through the rear of the site so it would not be a good site during a rain storm. The forested setting is nice with mature larch and aspens. If you are going to be spending most of your time outside of the campground visiting the park (we did) then it's fine for a few days. Otherwise we noticed plenty of other better options in the vicinity.

Lisa the host is very friendly and helpful. The facilities are good. Bathrooms are clean, with hot showers. The one negative is that most sites are really close together. Luckily we were traveling with friends so did not mind that they were only 15 feet from our trailer. Most sites are a little unlevel and not many are big rig friendly. Other negative is train noise. Several trains leave a nearby switching yard located nearby, early each morning. If you are going to spend majority of your time in the park each day, this is a good place to stay.

Very nice campground and friendly staff. However train was very loud at 3, 4 and 6 a.m. might be a little better on the other side or lower on the hill. Verizon LTE at 4 bars but spotty data service. I think there are too many people on the tower. It did work good at 3 and 4 am though

We saw Black bear, Grizzlies, Mountain goats, Eagles, Deer, beavers, and more. Fly fishing in the lakes is so calming, relax & enjoy. Amazing place wish we stayed longer.Depending what time of year enjoy Huckleberries they are the best. Glacier Distillery is up the road, they have great liquors, tastings we sat outside on the deck. We ate at wandering Gringo's was good, Pizza in Flathead/Coram it was good, The Kitchen (local food). We went to the Many Glacier side of the park one day it's a drive from the campground but different. The road going in was so bad full of potholes and just bad road. So glad we weren't towing the trailer. We did see Grizzlies on the side of the mountain where we parked at the swift current trail out on the street that's where the Grizzlies were. Nice hike around the lake. Saw a Black Bear at Avalanche lake swimming, and walking the shoreline. Logan's pass (so beautiful) lots of Mountain Goats on the Hidden lake trail and a spectacular view. On the path there are so many wildflowers, little waterfalls, just beautiful. The roads are very narrow and winding in the park. We pulled the mirrors in so you don't hit rock wall or another truck. Going to the sun road say's it all. Great antiquing in Columbia Falls. Really cool places.

The owners are great people and they welcomed us, even though they were trying to close up for the season. The sites are large, wooded, and private. This is a more park-like experience than many NPS campgrounds where I have stayed. We could hear the noise from the adjacent property, which is an event venue type of place, but it was more humorous than anything. You are a very short drive to the park from this campground and have easy access to Kallispel. I had strong Verizon, here and wifi is available close to the camp office.

Pretty cool.

Most of the sites are extremely unlevel so be sure to have lots of leveling blocks at your disposal. The sites are packed pretty close together so privacy is minimal. The bathrooms are conveniently located throughout the camp and are cleaned daily. They are a little on the outdated side and could use a remodel but they are adequate. The staff will pick up any garbage you have in the morning, you just leave the bagged trash along the road and they will drive by and pick it up - since the area is frequented by bears this practice is a little strange to me and having central dumpsters available for trash would make more sense. Tables and fire rings are in each campsite. There are water taps throughout the camp as well. Some sites have electric service if you want to pay extra for it. All in all a decent camp. The biggest drawback to camping here is the noise. Traffic along Highway 2 can be loud at night. And there are train tracks just beyond the highway that see a lot of traffic as well - nothing like a train horn blaring at 3am to get your attention. The camp does take reservations for large groups and it may be worth asking who all is camping that night before you commit to staying here. The camp staff doesn't enforce any sort of curfew or quiet hours so when large groups are camping here it can get pretty rowdy.Biggest bonus to the camp is that even if you are not a registered guest you can use the shower facilities for a small fee - $5 - just stop in at the office and they'll give you a pass for the showers.

I would not recommend site F11. However, site H9 had more space and privacy, and no fuse issues. The campground has a decent laundry facility and nice showers. The restaurant that serves breakfast and lunch on site is separate from the campground and delicious! Foodie delicious. The campground had some cute cottages that they also rented and there were some tent campers too. It had much more personality than your typical RV park, especially given the woods in which it was nestled. There is wifi at the restaurant and in the campground lobby area.

This means that you either have to make a reservation somewhere else before it fills up, or wait until the last minute and hope you can get into this one. There has to be a better way. We are skipping it this year for that reason. We are traveling with another family and can't risk getting locked out.

It is located right outside of the West Glacier Park Entrance and has one of the best rates in the area with hookups. The campground is heavily wooded, offering privacy and a nice forest setting. The bathrooms and laundry area were clean, and there is also a small restaurant located on the property that serves dinner. We noticed a couple of bigger spots that held Class A or conversion busses. The campground main roads can be hilly and while we had no trouble, I think its worth mentioning. The staff is really friendly and care about finding the right spot for your needs, just let them know what you are looking for. We had no trouble getting Verizon service and there is free wifi down at the office.
