Also makes it almost impossible to park in front of the camper. First impressions: Not worth the price. Even though you’re at Glacier National Park and spending time outdoors, for this price there should be some type of cable TV so you can watch a game or catch up on the news, plus level asphalt pads to park on.

In fact this is more campground than a resort. The only amenities they have is the laundry, a playground and a WiFi connection, which works pretty wellI wish they have a share covered area. I think it is fair to ask for it when you pay this price. My husband works on the road but on a rainy and cold day when the kids where inside the RV, it is hard to work outside. Also a share fire pit would be niceI have seen people working from the laundry as the only option available. Our site wasn’t leveled and all the trees were new so no shaDow on sunny days. Also the trash bin was sometimes too full. It may be necessary to empty it more oftenI repeat. I love the park and I would stay there again but I would want more things for this price. Oh and the staff is amazing. We had two reservations because of a change of plans and they accommodated us so we didn’t have to change sites

The sites are spacious enough, a bit wider than average. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The laundry was great and they have a nice dog play area with trees. The location is great being near Glacier NP and West Glacier Village. The insanity for us was the price we paid since we booked only a few days prior. $135 a night plus taxes which brought it to about $148. A camper at another site in Idaho had raved about the park being the best he had ever been at...ummm no, not even close in my opinion. It is a nice RV Park though and if you don't want to drive far to get into the park, AND you make reservations much further in advance, then it may be worth it. Give it ten years for some of the trees to mature to provide some shade and privacy and it may be very nice

The sites are gravel and are pretty level. The bathrooms all have showers in them and are included if you need them. This RV park is very clean. Also this park has the fastest WiFi internet that I have ever seen at an RV park. The Verizon cell service is kind of slow, but you can make phone calls and text. West Glacier is a short walk from the RV park, which has anything you may need. Over all this is the nicest RV park I have ever stayed at, and will definitely stay again in the future.

It's as close to Glacier NP as you can be without being inside. 3 bars of ATT. I just came from KOA east glacier (see my review if interested) and although there are many comparisons, such as outstanding location and access, there is no comparison with facility, which is far superior. It makes me long for new campgrounds to go with the spike in RV sales, and I hope they use this place as a model. It is very busy, but site distance is acceptable and there are picnic tables for each site. Very few trees. No fires, but they have rings.

The sites themselves are not shaded but they will be when the trees mature. The campground was only a year and a half old when we camped here. You are very close to West Glacier village where there is a rafting and fishing company, bar and restaurant, gift shop, gas, and small grocery store. There is a paved path to ride your bike or walk to the village. The views are beautiful and the campground is located right outside of Glacier National Park. Staff was amazing - friendly and accommodating. We were able to get into our site early with no problem. Very clean - great laundry room, as well. No negatives at all - can't wait to come back!

We loved our stay here! Price listed takes into account a “buy 3 nights, get 1 free” promotion. Upscale and brand new. Huge pull through sites and the best WiFi I’ve ever had. Sparkling clean. Would gladly stay here again and again.

Pros:Clean well spaced spots - we didn’t feel like we were on top of our neighbors and had a front yard that our dogs could wrestle in. Fantastic WiFi and cell: 5mbps my husband and I worked and were able to do video calls. We also have both ATT & Verizon and had fantastic cell service. Laundry, playground, kids could ride bikes, scooters, and it was a quick walk to west glacier village where we played mini-golf, grabbed a burger, and ice cream.Kind, happy, employees that were helpful. No dramaCons:It’s a newer campground with infant trees and it was really hot during the day. There is limited shade so if you don’t have a shade tent or AC this might be good to know.

You are approximately 5 minutes to the West Glacier National Park entrance and are within walking distance (5 minute walk) to the shops right outside the entrance. They were probably 50% full when we stayed there which was nice because we had no neighbors. There are trees in-between each site to help with some privacy that will work a little better once the trees mature. Good cell phone signal, no issues with the hook ups and check in took no more than a couple minutes. I'd recommend staying here if you want to see or explore glacier.

If I recall correctly (I'm writing this five weeks later), the site was level, plenty long for our 38' fifth wheel, dually, and second truck. If you have dogs, you'll have PLENTY of trails within walking distance to exercise them before you abandon them to go the park, haha. We hiked a few really cool trails with one leading to a secluded lake that was so clear you could see ancient fallen trees in the lake bed.The location is literally right off the road at the West entrance to Glacier... It was very convenient and Glacier is AWESOME.Even though the campground is pretty out there, the Verizon service was adequate for working from home, streaming from your favorite services, etc. (I was a USMC network engineer). You shouldn't experience any problems as I tested while the campground was pretty much at capacity and during high internet usage times. All in all, there's nothing to keep you from staying here.

This campground is surrounded by beautiful mountains. Sites are very large and pull through. Plenty of bathhouses and the biggest laundry room I’ve seen! Right at the entrance to Glacier!! You have to drive a bit to find grocery etc, but the quiet beautiful grounds are worth it. Service wasn’t amazing but it was manageable!

The staff are wonderful and help all they can. This is a must stop area.
