I highly recommend Haas-Cienda Ranch. I lived there for almost 3 months - I loved it! Mr brad was very nice, the people in the park are nice they make everyone feel welcome and like family. My grandkids love it - we spent a lot of time at the pool they loved the drive-in.

The place is awful. Sitting on wet ground. No platforms.Disgusting washrooms. Only 2 showers of 4 working , only one with hot water. Slide for children unsafe as wooden platform and surrounds broken down . Common area for members only has sofa so filthy that I would not even let an animal sit on it. Pool green ( out of season). Noise at night even though not many RVs. Dogs barking all night.
