We enjoyed the stay, very clean (thanks to all the barrels around for trash) well managed park with great walking areas...no gravel.

Clean park, lots of barrels to deposit trash. Lots of grass, but concrete pads to park on, wonderful management (Elizabeth does a great job) and very large and nice flea market next door. Loved the park.

  • sardine-tight but no real complaints

Despite being in the city, it's not terribly noisy. There's nothing outstandingly good or bad about it (other than being VERY close to your neighbors). Further in, the area inhabited by permanents is slightly on the trashy side, but the shorter-term spaces up front have a better feel. I seem to recall that the wifi worked reasonably well. Verizon signal is perfectly fine. There are no maneuverability issues other than the possibility of having to ask someone to move an inappropriately parked truck to get into or out of your spot with your full rig. The grounds crew went all-out during our second stay (extremely noisy) and I had to wipe weed whacker grass shrapnel off my trailer twice (that stuff turns into cement if you don't wipe it right off), and I discovered at a later stop that they ate through my insulated hose. Thankfully they didn't damage the power cord. We've stayed here twice because it's conveniently just down the road from family.

Decent RV park with paved roads and camp pads. Narrow sites. No cable. Most sites have unobstructed satellite TV access. Some long term junky RV’s. Next to huge flea market.
