Booked a site on 8/12 for 9/23-10/2, had to cancel 2 days later so called to get refund on $50 deposit. They play telephone run around game and are not refunding! 7 phone calls, 2 text, and they’re no longer answering when I call. I am well within the time frame for a refund…apparently if they don’t answer they figure they can keep my money. Not impressed.
