Lot size was decent. People drive around at night blasting music and being obnoxious on the golf carts. Seems to be the goal to be as loud as possible. Camper near us was blasting music all day. There was live music over but they play super late. Bathrooms are horrible. Cute little camp store and staff generally seems nice. They are super serious about having your permit displayed or your vehicle will get booted and fined lol.

  • Absolutely don't do it.

We reserved a 50 amp spot and quickly the park lost power. The seasonal campers all around us said this is a regular occurrence and that the old owners never sold to capacity to prevent this. These owners, they told me, sell over capacity. When I went to the office they told me they were turning it back on but to not run my ac below 75. With two large dogs that isn't an option for me. We went back to our rig and turned everything off except 1 ac. It continued to cut in and out. When I informed them of the issue and that we would have to leave they refused to give us a refund despite having been there less than 2 hours. She insisted there is no issue with their power grid which is obviously a lie. One camper near us said she planned on being without power basically all weekend. Others brought their own generator expecting issues At the end of the day we left and are taking our business elsewhere. It is sad that these new owners don't value customer service and I hope they truly enjoy the easiest $75 they ever made. Definitely do not recommend, but if you do stay make sure to carry dog spray as we approached by several off leash dogs. We've been full timing for a year and this is the worst experience we've had.
