This is a seasonal/full time resident park with few transient customers. Site had level issues, grass site they had a 2x12 ramp on the grass on the low side of the site. Utilities are at the rear of the space, water on the wrong side(passenger), the sewer connection too high off the ground. Sites are very tight, so much that the unit next to me had a petty b.s. complaint about my sewer hose laying on the outside of my sewer connection, which was "his space". There are no showers/bathrooms here, no activities other than scheduled games nights (board type games), no dog run with rules prohibiting walking dogs within the park, trees too thick for satellite, and WAY overpriced at $62 per night just for the ability to walk to the beach. The owners are very nice, but the park needs work. We would not stay here again. The beach is small, rocky, & CROWDED! The roads in to this park are narrow and crowded.
