    I write this review as I sit drinking my coffee after watching the sunrise over the ocean. I can only write about the Oceanside sites. This really is a special place with views of 2 lighthouses. It is just my wife and I with no kids. The campground is very simple with no pools or common areas. It’s all about the view. Not much for young kids to do at the camp itself so it was very quiet. Family owned and operated since 1923, everyone we spoke to was very friendly. Trailers are lined up very close but you hang out and set up at the end of your RV overlooking the ocean. Oceanside sites have a fire pit and picnic table provided. Bathrooms and small laundry room very clean. Easy walk to York long sands beach and short drive to other area attractions. We have a 27’ travel trailer. Staff will help guide you in your spot. There are some small tent sites available along the back. We will be back’

    This place is really nice. Full hook ups, WiFi, cable TV, grass spots, but the spots are TIGHT. Our 40’ coach is too big for the ocean front spots (which all have fire pits) but we didn’t mind being second row for the week. The town is really nice. It can get a bit windy being right on the ocean. Very small camp store. The staff is very kind. 2 bars of 5G T-Mobile service.
