We probably had the best site there, but it also was a "Premium glamping" site. It was a unique angled site giving us a huge area out front, but it did leave us wide open to everyone walking by. Each site was among the trees, steep rolling roads throughout. There were two beautiful pools, tons for kids to do. Wonderful staff. We loved everything about our stay here. We were concerned being in Falmouth would be too far away from the fun, but it wasn't at all. It was too far from Provincetown, but there was plenty of other fun things to do. I cannot wait to go back.

They had issues with cable tv and tried to fix it but seem to have bigger issues calling an electrician. Didn’t bother us. It’s end of season so happy to get one in. Went to corner cycle and did bike trail into woods hole. Had take out lobster rolls from Capt Kidd and ate at the park over looking the water. We biked 12 miles and earned our beer! They do charge for children so I think the site rate should allow for families of 4-6 people without the charge. My only real peeve.

We didn't stay at this resort. But, just so you are aware, they charge an extra fee for children. It is $4 a child per night. We were considering staying here, but it would have been a $32 fee for 2 children for 4 nights. They call it an Occupancy Fee. The pet fee is cheaper. I set up a reservation with and without children to verify the fee. First time I have ever seen something like this, and is what kept us from making a reservation here. Thank you.

This was our second visit. It is a clean and well maintained park with lots to keep the kids occupied. It is a clean and well maintained park with lots to keep the kids occupied. Lake swimming and beach, boat rentals, pools, and etc. It is one of the few parks on the Cape that qualifies as Big Rig friendly. Centrally located on the Upper Cape it is out of the main traffic pattern but close to Falmouth, Woods Hole, Sandwich, and etc. Not far to one of the Ferry parking lots for access to the islands. The majority of sites are shades and reasonably spread out. It is busy between Memorial Day and Labor Day so make a reservation. The staff is great and will be glad to provide information while you are staying there.

Good location near Falmouth and Woods Hole. Nicely laid out and great staff. Two large pools. No wifi at camp sites, would expect that for the cost. No discounts for Good Sam or other clubs. 10% discount for military.
