Camped in a 35” motorhome. We are self-contained so cannot comment on restrooms/shower facilities. Pros – -Manager worked with us to find a level site-Beautiful sunset over the lakeCons –-All of the sites we had to choose from were unlevel-Lots of permanent residents with older rigs.
Campground owners are the best!

The reason I give this 5 stars is the owners. They were exceptional! We came to this campground on our way to Canada because our Heartland RV frame fell apart on the highway. We limped into this campground since it was the closest one we could find. They put us in a spot that was easy to get into and let us stay as long as we needed while we sorted things out with the RV. It turned out the RV was totaled. We are full-timers and had to move out of it and leave it stored there. The owners were so kind and patient with us while it was stored there for months while we tried to get some resolution with Heartland (which never happened), and they did not even charge us to store it because they knew we had enough problems to deal with. I am so grateful to the owners of this campground. They were like angels to us in our time of need. Thank you Keene's Lake, you have no idea how much we appreciate your help. In my reviews I always mention how the cell coverage is since we work remotely. Verizon did not work well here at all because it is so close to Canada and our phone and hotspot kept roaming. Our T-Mobile phone and data worked better but it wasn't a very strong signal.
Great stop for the night.

We stopped here for one night on our way through. We came in just after supper and the staff were friendly and accommodating. We were able to drive right in with our 19 ft hybrid camper and pick a spot from about 6 that were available. The office/store is cute with lots of little touristy things. We were able to drive right in with our 19 ft hybrid camper and pick a spot from about 6 that were available. The office/store is cute with lots of little touristy things. We chatted with a few local campers who are there seasonally. Very friendly. The best part of this campground for us was the lake. We enjoyed a beautiful sunset there and the kids had fun playing in the water.
