This is the nicest park we’ve ever stayed in. The owners are very welcoming, respectful and hardworking. The office lady is very sweet as well. The park has a private pond (catch and release only) and fishing dock with an outdoor sitting area and grill. There are two laundry facilities. The larger one has separate male & female restrooms with LARGE AND CLEAN showers. There is also a refrigerator, seating area with tables and a recliner, a TV and WiFi located in the larger laundry room. The kits are nice and spacious and very level despite the gravel roads (very well maintained). There is an outdoor covered grill area across from the main office with bar seating and a grill. There is also a nice area in the back with views of Lake Lavon and is perfect for dogs. Dogs have to be leashes at all times though. Overall, the park is very well maintained and cared for. Would 100% book another stay.

  • Large sites and quiet

Park is 6-7 miles south of major highway and shopping. It’s tucked away close to a lake but views are not very good. Clean and functional. No shade, gravel roads and pads. Full hook ups. Didn’t use showers or laundry. It worked out fine for us to visit family in McKinney TX. (15 minute drive) Overpriced in my opinion but they did have a site and two other parks in area were full. Good manager and felt very safe. Friendly neighbors.
