The rate reflects the monthly rate we paid of $405 ( F/H + cable). We also paid electric for the 2 months. This is a large park and we probably would have felt differently if we were stuck in the middle of everything. We had a nice site off to one side looking at a small pond. With no really close neighbors most of the time, it was a good spot for the winter months. Some site are rather close and others are spaced out randomly. Most appear to be level. There are 2 laundry rooms that are clean with 4 ea. machines for $1.75. Not bad. This is fairly close to Port Aranasas, Corpus Christi, Wildlife Refuges, State Parks, etc. There is a mail room to get your things shipped to you if needed. A lot of folks in this area are still in the "hoax" mentality so they won't wear masks or social distance and for that reason we stayed away from there club house, pools, large gatherings, etc. If you can get a nice site, it's an okay park. The roads have a number of pot holes and quite rough so the access is marked a little low.We had no picnic table or anything, which was difficult for the 2 months. That would have been appreciated
