We were referred here because our first choice was full. The sites are gravel FHU (the cable tv didn’t work) close together. It is well maintained with easy access to I40.

It is located just off of I 40. There is pavement all the way and the interior roads are paved as well. Signage is adequate. Check in was efficient and friendly. The rules are fairly basic. Our site, 35, was a pull through that was plenty long enough for our Coach and Towed. Services (30/50 amp, water and sewer) were to the left side. Distancing is very reasonable for an urban park. Each site has a table and NON have a fire pit. Our site was flat but sloped to the left. Overall the park was well manicured. The included wifi internet worked so so with a log in password. We used our own Verizon that worked very well. We did find plenty OTA TV. Satellite should not be difficult. We did not use the washrooms or pay showers but we checked and found them clean. The off leash area is a joke. Postage stamp big. Within easy walking distance you can find good restaurants and convenience stores. We found this park to be a well run urban RV park. We paid $50.00 and we feel we received very fair value. We will be back if in the area again. Be advised, this is a very popular park. If you can it is advisable to book in advance.

We needed potable water and couldn’t find any truck stops that offered it. So we came here to see if they would let us fill our tank on our trailer. $15! Sadly we had to pay it. Just seems very steep. We didn’t dump our tanks, just water.

Very simple small no frills park. $50 includes tax, they do not offer any discounts. Nice, kind person at the front desk. Pull thru sites were spacious. The freeway noise was constant and very busy. It made it a bit uncomfortable to sit outside & difficult to sleep. Not sure if I would stay here again with that much noise.

We were lucky and got a pull through in the end. Most of the perimeter were longer stay people. Ate dinner at El Palacio’s. It was good but not spicy enough for us. It is only 1 mile away. The staff was very friendly. You do hear the road noise.

We stayed here in April of 2021. It is a nice location to use as a base to explore parts of Route 66. Staff was friendly and the park was clean. Sites are small and close together. Freeway is close, but the noise wasn't a problem. Pool wasn't heated yet and that would have been nice as it was hot. We would stay here again.

First look you may think the sites couldn't be level with the slope of the property but they are. About 15-20min walk to a couple of museums & many restaurants, bars, & 2 nice breweries. Some freeway noise as you're close to I-40 but nothing that bothered us. Also, the place works old-school, no internet reservations etc. Drive is paved, sites are gravel. Good place for an overnight / would stay again for sure.

Glad we called and made a reservation as the park was full by the time we arrived. Staff was very nice.Wi-Fi was good, we were able to stream Netflix and surf the web without issue. There was some highway noise (from I-40) but easily masked with a fan. Pads are gravel.Park has a pool, laundry, and restrooms, I can't speak to their cleanliness, I didn't use them.

We did not use the cable because we can an antenna on our camper. It is right next to the highway so there is a bit of noise. To make up for that it is pretty close to everything you need!

Easily accessible off the highway and very quiet at night. Many friendly seasonal residents who kept their homes tidy. Staff was friendly and helpful, showers/restrooms clean, laundry was economical, and WiFi worked good. We were in a pull-through site that was gravel with a table. Some people came in for just the night. No discounts. Only con was the dog walk area was so very small and smelled. We just took our big dog across the street to do his business.

I had two interactions with person working - phone call and when I went into office to pay. He was friendly and knowledgeable on phone and in person. $10 to dump and use water. If you are in a large rig, might be tricky to get to dump as you have to position yourself right behind a site. Park was pretty small but tidy and had some large pull through sites that would be perfect if you were just staying a night or two. Right off the interstate and behind a gas station so really convenient. If we needed to stay at an rv park in Kingman, I would not hesitate to stay here.
