Verizon & ATT both full bars, which is good as WIFI didn't really reach our site.... not unusual in an RV Park in the overnight spots. OTA channels strong & good variety. Interior roads easy to navigate in larger rig. View of the mountains, even though in town, was nice. Front office crew were great. Laundry room large & inviting. 12 reg washers, 2 large capacity. Snack & soda machines, book lending library, change machine, tables & chairs, carts for moving laundry, and brochure wall for lots of activities near & along popular travel routes.Good variety of grocery, dining, services nearby. Didn't use the pool, but it looked nice. Noise: As others have mentioned, it can be noisy during the day. If you're sensitive to noise, this might not be the best for you. It quiets at night a good deal, and was never a problem for us, but I could see where it might bother some folks. All in all, a great little find when passing through the area. We'll be back.

Stayed one night after reading Campendium reviews. Perfect for our needs. Gracious host. Spotless bathroom & shower. Good cell service. Minimal road noise. We were one of three short term RVers, so plenty of room. Clean, well-maintained grounds. Easy I-40 access. Would stay again.

This was a nice find in Kingman. The owner is very accommodating and the site was very clean and level. They have laundry and propane on site, which is handy. Minimal street noise.

The park location is very convenient for anything in Kingman. Very friendly staff. Amenities are good. WiFi comes and goes but the speed is decent. AT&T is very fast as you can see the tower, about a block or two away (cellmapper.net). The park has a lot of long-termers in the back but most transients are in the front.

Overall though, I would stay here again.Oh, one other thing, they do accept Passport America but black out peak periods during fall and spring. With Passport America the rate would be $21.71 plus tax.

Our biggest complaint was the WiFi. It was a hotel style log in and every time I picked up my phone or opened my computer I had to re-login. It was extremely annoying. The signal was better than some parks and worse than others. I talked to the office and called the tech support and they each passed the buck. According to the office they had just upgraded the system. The laundry was nice and the showers were marginal. There was a one minute timer on the water and you had to press the he button constantly to take a shower. I decided just to use my trailer.Went to visit a winery while there. And the park is only one mile from the Walmart. We could hear a train coming through town, but it wasn’t loud and I never hear a train horn.

It was to cold to swim anyway. Propane and air available. We would return if in the area.

This was our second time here. We spent a month last fall. Easy in and out pull throughs for overnight. Some shade at most sites, though it isn't much. Good monthly rates, so-so nightly rates, but they do give discounts for almost any group you might belong to.
