The wife and I just got a brand new camper and wanted to take it for the first time and chose this site. Super glad we did. Debbie and James are amazing. Their first priority is making sure you’re comfortable. My daughter loved the pool and the chickens. Super cool to wake up and see some exotic game just walking around.

We stopped here for the night on our way back home to Florida from Colorado and I must say... I LOVED IT! Debbie & Rick were SUPER nice. The site was nice and had full hook ups and great cell service. Ohhh and this place is dog friendly. :) :) we will definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

Used PA for our stay. Received code to gate via email and was met at the RV site by the owners. Very friendly!They have 12 gravel back-in sites and will be adding some pull throughs in the future. Full hookups, 30/50/110. Well maintained BUT sites are at steep angle. We had multiple wooden blocks & legos under our front tires. ...moreUsed PA for our stay. Well maintained BUT sites are at steep angle. We had multiple wooden blocks & legos under our front tires. Our AT&T ToGo had a strong WiFi signal allowing us to stream. Our T-Mobile phones had full bars with our WeBoost. TV channels over antenna = 3Loved the oak trees and wildlife. Beautiful 20 mile drive into Kerrville where you find everything you need.
