Completely paved and through the woods, along the river. Used mainly be bicyclists tho, so beware of that.Lots of full timers in this big RV park. Dusty dirt roads and spots but easy to get around in a big rig. (Only one tight corner but that’s because we read the map wrong and went the wrong way.)Super nice staff and clean laundry facilities that were actually functioning properly. Great place if staying multiple days and exploring Boise but it is a long drive (time wise) from the freeway for just a quick overnight.Great cell service and actually got some TV stations that came through without a hookup, crystal clear.

Staff was friendly and very accommodating to our addition of days added as we waited for the snow storms to abate.Stayed in a full hookup site, think next time will choose power/water only for less expense. Lots of pull through sites with strip of green, picnic table and parking for extra or tow vehicle. Propane available, clean showers, restrooms and laundry. Quiet at night. It's right next to the Boise fairgrounds so I expect it might be not as quiet during fair time.Right next to the fabulous bike path you can bike or walk for miles into Boise, explore the Basque Museum, Art Gallery, History Museum, bakeries, and get your donut fix at Guru Donuts in downtown Boise.

We found this park on Campendium. Overall appearance of the park - 3 / 5 The park was clean and well organized, but lacked a little in the landscaping. The surrounding area was nicer towards the greenbelt though. Most of the park was gravel, and a few sites have a grass strip. The back in sites we stayed at were grassy in the back and sides though, which was nice. Location- The location of the park was excellent. Close to entertainment, shopping, groceries, and recreation.Attractions nearby- Hawk Stadium (Minor league baseball) hiking and biking along the greenbelt, golfing, water activities on the Boise River, and dozens of parks.Amenities nearby- a gas station is across the street, dozens of restaurants are within a mile, grocery stores such as Walmart and Albertsons are down the street, A few RV dealerships, parts, and service shops are within 5 miles. Amenities on site- There is no dedicated dog park but there are open grassy areas. There is a laundry, but no coin machine, and no laundry soap vending. The laundry has a bathroom with showers. Dumpsters are spread out quite a bit, and there's no recycling. Propane is on site. There's also a general store. No pool or spa.Site #2 the site was a back in and was open and partially landscaped, had an uneven dirt pad, and came with a picnic table. Getting into the site was average and far from level for setup with our leveling jacks due to the gentle incline of the site.Hookups included - 50A + 30A + 15A electric, water, no sewer, no cable, and slow wifi. The water was soft and had great pressure. Black tank dump on site - Yes $10 if not a guest. Overall, the dump station was clean but disorganized and somewhat maintained, has a flush hose, and is near the front office which was easy to access. Cell service - Verizon was 3 / 4 bars 4G at our site and speed was good.Starlink - the field of view was clear enough but slightly obstructed by trees to the north. Changing our service location was successful after 2 days due to a recent upgrade. We placed our dish on top of the ladder.Pet policies and amenities - Pets are allowed and typical policies are enforced. Our neighbors left their dogs tied up outside all the time and they were left to get tangled up for hours and defecating next to their camper. Other camper's pets were under control. The grassy area used for the dog park was nicely landscaped, clean, but a trash can and waste bags were not available. Dogs are not allowed in the grassy area near the laundry mat. Staff - Scheduling was done over the phone. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We were escorted to our site and guided in. Favorite part - Being on the Greenbelt and close to everything.Least favorite part - The poor neighbor's dogs not being attended to.

The bad: ridiculous how tight the sites are, I’ve never camped nor do I ever want to camp this close for that price again (at least we were in no sewer hookup), our neighbors apparently were afraid of the dark so our entire camper glowed (not the campgrounds fault, but with just a little more elbow room it wouldn’t have been so irritating), did not feel very safe or secure (we locked everything up), WiFi is non existent.

We camped in a back-in W/E (50/30amp) site that backed up to the greenbelt, and our spot was long and fairly level. Utilities are all the way in the back, and worked fine during our stay. The sites are quite close together (normal commercial spacing), and there is no privacy. The sites are a mix of dirt and gravel, and some sites are separated by a concrete patio, others a patch of grass. We had a patch of grass which proved a little annoying… we were warned not to put a mat out (they are understandably preserving the grass), and there are 2 sprinklers that hit each grass rectangle. Our sprinklers were running when I walked our dog at 7am everyday, so we both got a little sprayed, and the sprinklers wet the surrounding dirt, which meant that (without a mat) the dog and I tracked a fair amount of dirt/sand into the RV. While their WiFi worked just OK (and guests are warned not to use it for streaming), Verizon worked without a booster. There is space to walk a dog within the park, but the greenbelt is a nice nearby option. Despite a full park, close neighbors and nearby traffic, noise was not an issue for us. It’s also worth mentioning that while we stayed here in July 2021, many months after a contentious election, some of the guests here are still displaying their political flags. Their website is only moderately helpful and could use an update, including accurate pricing. We paid $44.10 a night (including a Good Sam’s discount) for a W/E parking spot, which feels a bit expensive. However, we would consider staying here again if we wanted to be near Boise. It’s a nice park in a good location for getting around town and being on the greenbelt is an added plus.

That is absolutely gorgeous. We had full hook-ups and the laundry/restroom building was very close to our site. Many full-timers seemingly living here. They definitely want you only going 5mph. You will be warned, as my cousin was who came to visit. The people staying there were actually very quiet. A nice surprise!

With no reservations, we took a 'dry camping' area spot, which backed up to the greenbelt trail and the Boise River. It worked out perfect. I was able to run the generator for 20 minutes every morning for the wife. Others ran theirs much longer, but luckily, they were all pretty quiet. Very close to the Expo Idaho grounds, and also a nice bowling center next to that, if you like that kind of thing. The park is pretty big, and is split about 50/50 resident/long term and transient. Not many other choices close by, we will stay here again when we're in the area.

We were grateful as we were required to be in Boise for 2 days. But when we hooked up I found the 30 amp outlet melted & broken and the 110 outlet blackened from overheating damage. The office was closed but I managed to find a maintenance man to come look at the outlet He replaced the 30 amp outlet & left. Then I hooked up my surge protector and got reverse polarity warnings. I checked the sites around me & also got warnings. I located the manager & told her I wanted to move as I won't use a faulty outlet. She agreed to refund my money & let us stay because they had no other spaces. Next day I went to the office & the lady there said they knew they have a reverse polarity problem and had been unable to get it repaired. She was very familiar with it and said people frequently complain about it. Sounds like negligence to me if somebody gets hurt & they knew there were electricity problems. I asked about a reduced rate for the second night & she said she'd send an electrician to fix the problem that afternoon. We had no power for 2 very hot days/nights. No electrician ever came to look at it. I was only charged one night on my CC statement but that comes to $20 night for no power and lots of sweating. Also, I saw a tall RV drag a limb down the center of his roof so watch the trees. Our site was unlevel and way too close to our neighbors. Entire place is smashed in tight. The dump was nasty. It gets very heavy use. The bulk propane tank was built too close to the dump & they have bollards around the propane which require you to pull over too far from the sewer hole. It's hard to hit the hole without a long hose so people just lay their hose close and open their tanks. Yuck.

We were there to visit family that just moved to the area and, while this park was a 20 minute drive to get to our family’s house, it was worth the drive. Park staff was very nice in greeting us, an escort drove us to our site along the Green Belt, and our site was lovely in the shade with partial hookups. The bathrooms/showers/laundry were impeccably clean, but the showers could use a thorough remodel. Nothing wrong with them, but sheetrock repair and such is needed (a nit-picky detail). The park was blissfully quiet at night, with the one exception of a minor league baseball game going on at the fairgrounds next door followed by a wonderful fireworks - that was just small town fun that we enjoyed listening to!We will definitely stay at this park again when we visit our family in Boise. The only other park that was closer to our family’s home, Mountain View RV Park, was sandwiched between the noisy freeway and the airport, so a very loud atmosphere.

We had to use levelers under our front tires which is always irritating in a private campground. Additionally, we didn't have a picnic table and noticed that some sites had them and some didn't. Given the price, a campground should be able to provide a level site and a simple picnic table to each guest.Customer service here was really good. The folks at the front desk and the people who work in the campground were all nice. We were allowed to wash and wax our rig for a $5.00 fee - a rarity in most commercial parks, and when we filled up with propane on our way out, the staff member was very helpful and friendly. Overall, this was a decent place to stay for exploring the city. If it was a bit less expensive, it would be great. It just feels overpriced for what it is.

You come to this RV Park because of its proximity to the city, not for the park itself. The staff was friendly. When I initially made the reservation, we were told we had to move after the first night. Before we arrived, some magic was performed and we were able to stay in one spot for all three nights. We had a treed site and almost didn't fit. We are 13'4" high. The tree leaves were brushing the top of our air conditioners. So beware if you have a tall rig. The sites were oddly laid out. We had a concrete patio of sorts between us and our toad. That meant our toad was parked right next to the neighboring rig.The website says "(Units over 10 years old must be approved and provide photos)". Don't believe it. There were a lot of long term residents in units over 20 years old (and looked it).Still, we came here to see family. If we were to come to Boise again, this is where we would probably stay.

Our spot was not level. The showers were nice enough but not amazing. They have lots of washers and dryers for laundry. The vending machines are out of service. The basketball “court” is rocks and dirt. There are a lot of long term stayers with interesting set ups.The staff was super friendly and the location is great- so we would come back- but know it is more of a place to stay to explore around and not so much a park you want to hang out at all day

Overall a great place to stay. Very friendly. Facilities were all clean. Spots were small, and most did not have picnic tables, but I just stay d there for a place to sleep while seeing the sights in Boise, so I didn’t really care about that. It was surprisingly quiet for the amount of people there.

Unfortunately the path was flooded when we were there, so we were not able to explore it as we would have liked. I understand this is a common occurrence in the spring. Sites were very close together. Gravel base. Good location for exploring Boise. Laundry, showers and bathrooms were very clean. Staff was very friendly.

Agree with other reviews. Being right on the greenbelt makes it OK for a night (or 2?). It is right next to a stadium and the fairgrounds so there can be noise from activities at those venues. Sites are very close together. Bathrooms, laundry, and showers all clean and in good working order.

So much so that the man who escorted us to our initial site had us moved to a different one because it was too tight to accommodate our 28' travel trailer. The bathrooms and laundry area were very clean and convenient. Our site had many painful thorns growing amongst the grass that came along with us when we left. The campground offers bike rentals. We rode on the Green Belt path everyday. It passed right behind our campsite and went all the way through Boise. We loved taking into town to explore all that Boise has to offer!

If you go for full hook-ups prepare for full-on parking lot style camping. Despite the lack of nature, the park is clean, the laundry and shower facilities adequate and the office staff helpful. By far the best part of this park is its location along the Greenbelt. We jumped on it every day for a bike ride or walk.

Your typical gravel lot RV park, but one of two or three options in the Boise area. The park is nothing to write home about, but it's clean, reasonably priced and the staff is friendly and helpful. The big bonus is you're right on the bike path and green belt and if you wanted to you could ride all the way into downtown Boise.
