One direction is a mammoth off leash unfenced grass set of fields that a few months of the year is reserved for human sports leagues. The rest of the time it is for the dogs. Great paved trails to walk while the kids race around. The other direction is a fenced off leash dog park at the base of the most amazing mtn bike trail system. You are close to tons of restaurants and shopping. What wasn’t impressive was the short, narrow and quite sloped parking spot. It is one of those kinda rv parks where most of the park has long-term guests and you are not going to be tossing your awning out far. Kids will run around and through your site while playing. You will hear neighbors inside their rigs. My site was just long enough for the trailer and truck, but not long enough to drop my deck unless I parked the truck up at the office lot. It also means anytime I had company I had to park there to give my guests a place to park. Have said all of the that, I would stay again. I would just lie next time by adding 8’ to the length of my rig to help me earn a longer site. The staff are nice (picking up your trash, they recycle cardboard and pickup your empty propane tanks to refill), the place is clean, free popcorn in the lounge daily, big free movie and book library. Small dog park that I never used because of the local city options I mentioned earlier are superior. Good clean showers and inexpensive laundry.

  • Great laundry. Nice park.

Also if you like to get out and walk, the veterans cemetery just down the road is a great place to go. There was also a dog park that lots of people had.

The laundry room is clean, spacious and reasonably priced. The community room is also nice with a lending library for books and DVDs. The pool and hot tub are open when it's not too windy. It's a good place to stay when visiting Boise, but not if you are looking for views and space.

The driving lanes between rows are nice and wide, the staff was really friendly, grass strips with each site, folding table and chairs included with each site, and super clean. I gotta say, this was one of the nicest parks we’ve stayed in!

Hot tub was not working upon arrival. Guests or long term tenants stated it hasn't work in a while.Temperature was too low and the jets came on but quickly turned off. I asked about it at the front desk and was told there was nothing they could do, they tried, but would have to dig up lines. The dark haired gal at the front desk was rude, the other gals were nice. She had an attitude, heard her on the phone and experienced it in person - not a customer friendly type. They also need to trim trees prior to arrivals as they scratched the top of our RV. Not all sites offer cable TV and their wi-fi was poor. Okay place if you really need full hook-ups, but not a destination location.

Our site did not have the cable but we don't use it anyways. Cell coverage was good and it's in a good location.

Close enough to downtown Boise and 1/2mi from a very nice mtn bike park / trail running trail system. Would highly recommend if you’re looking for a good full hookup spot.

No $ deposit for a reservation, excellent group facilities (e.g. Rec Rm with kitchen, immaculate ind. showers with cloth bath mats) and attentive services (trash pickup and propane refills). Built in the 90’s but kept up to 2020 standards. Only reason I’m offering a review is to underline that the previous reviews are worthy today. Downsides? Yes, a few. Out in the NW corner of Boise, a l-o-n-g trek (but only 20 mins) from the downtown ‘scene’. Typical cheek to jowl spacing; gravel sites with grass or concrete areas adjacent. A big plus for dog owners: there’s a HUGE park 1/2 mile away that, aside from the soccer/football months, is wide open to off leash exploration. Small dog run here, and also grass strips & a canal behind the park with a walking path for pooches. Excellent Wifi & 2/3 LTE. See website for more details. Would not hesitate to come again.

There’s no question this is a nice park both in amenities and staff. Whenever you choose a private RV park, you have to expect the sites to be close but I thought these were especially tight. I have a slide on either side and I couldn’t get back to my tow vehicle without getting overly-neighborly. The only reason I’m writing this review is to show the daily price. I paid $43.74 WITH a Good Sam discount. I think that put the full price at $48 (maybe some change). I was in town to visit an old friend or I never would have paid that price to get a few hours’ sleep. It also appears that most of the 192 spaces are occupied by longer-term guests, they don’t have that many spaces reserved for overnighters.

The park was immaculate, and friendly staff were constantly present to assist with everything from guiding people to their parking spots to making change for the laundry machines. The restrooms were comparable to a nice gym, with bathmats available for the showers and real tempered glass doors on shower cubicles (inside shower rooms with wooden doors). The dog run, pool, and other amenities seemed very clean and popular with guests. Our pull through site was gravel (river rock) with a picnic table on a concrete pad (all very clean and new-looking). Spots are close together, but having the shades down was compensated by having a cable hookup at the site, our first in a long while! The park was very quiet except for the occasional barking of visitors' dogs. The immediate vicinity of the park consists of residential areas with some agricultural areas and city parks (ballfields) so it was quiet with little traffic.Boise is not a large city, and the highways provide access throughout the city, so it was easy to get around town from the park. For us, the World Center for Birds of Prey was a highlight in town. The airport was about 1/2 hour away. There are quite a few shopping centers located close to the campground, with Home Depot, Walmart, and multiple grocery stores all located within a 5-10 minute drive. National chains are well represented in the area (Walgreens, SuperCuts, GreatClips, all the fast food chains, etc.). Cell service on AT&T was completely adequate -- at least 2 bars of solid, uncluttered LTE at all times. Areas closer to downtown might have more bars, but we had no complaints at all.We thought the nightly price was a great value, considering the excellent condition of the park and the site amenities (full hookup including cable). We paid the weekly rate of $215/week. We were happy with every aspect of our stay at this park, once we accepted that we'd be keeping our shades down the entire time!

We called on a Monday morning to request a 2 night stay in mid- August and they were able to accommodate our last minute reservation. This was our first stay in an "RV parking lot" as we call it, since we typically stay in national forest parks and state parks. We had 12-15' of space between us and the neighbors to each side, but this worked out nicely as everyone was quiet, clean, and respectful of their neighbors. (this was much better than our recent experience at a "family-friendly" park). We had a four foot strip of grass, a concrete pad and a picnic table outside our unit. The service was very friendly, at check-in, and throughout our stay. We purchased propane from them at $2.50/gal and they dropped off our tank to our trailer. Additionally, the park has a nice grassy, fenced in dog park, pool, laundry facilities, and a recreation room available for use. The park-provided wifi signal is strong. The park location is <15 minutes from downtown and away from fairgrounds and busy streets (although at night you can hear a busy highway in the distance- which does not take away from the park's atmosphere). There is a WinCo Foods and Walmart <5 minutes away.If you're seeking a park near the heart of Boise, don't think twice, stop reading the reviews and book a site at this park- you won't regret it.

The grounds are well taken care of. The park has many long term residents but the sites are neat and clean. The short term sites are a little narrow but long enough. We do have to park our car sideways with our 45 foot motorhome. Sites are a little close to each other for my comfort but they are sufficient. There is the occasional siren or other road noise but it's pretty quiet at night. The staff is always pleasant and helpful. WII FI (the dreaded Tengo Internet) works … most of the time. However, once we contact the office they fix the problem, and we are back online. Verizon coverage is fine. Definitely recommend this RV park.
