We called the owner to reserve a few spots for our families come down there on the weekend but it turned out so bad. The Cows are staying right back of our RV and you can't believed how bad this was. We paid $20 per site. The owner (His name is Joe) wasn't professional to speak to his customers. This site is little far to the lake but that's okay. I do not recommend to my family or friends or anyone to come here unless he rebuilds this site.

  • Very poorly maintained. Over priced.

This was the only option we could find on the I-85 south near Atlanta. Our friends were in Fairburn so we wanted to be close. The park fees are $35 per night and should be $20. Have the utilities do not work. Only has three spots with 50 amp and our spot was not one of them. However we were allowed to connect to spot number 2 which did have 50 amp but would not accommodate a 40 ft MH. Nothing is maintained. There are no amenities. If you have stay one night you can hopefully get a decent spot but look for other options first.
