Year round RV resort with 144 sites and 32 boat slips in a private marina. New management took over last year and has been putting in work. They were super accommodating with finding a spot for my little toyhauler. I’m actually across three spots in a yet to be renovated area. Two of the spots weren’t quite full hookup. In season rates from $725 to $950 a month. Not a bad place to spend a few weeks and will certainly get better with time.
