Just, no. I’m a full time nomad and had to stay in the area a month. I paid $600 for a month over the phone, no refunds. I don’t think I’d tolerate this place for $300 a month. I ate my $600 and went elsewhere after a week. This place has all the charm of a refugee camp. The shower house looks like something from a third world country....moreJust, no. I’m a full time nomad and had to stay in the area a month. I paid $600 for a month over the phone, no refunds. I don’t think I’d tolerate this place for $300 a month. I ate my $600 and went elsewhere after a week. This place has all the charm of a refugee camp. The shower house looks like something from a third world country. It’s an old mobile home that is falling apart and smells. One shower for all. I’ve never been so worried about getting more dirty while taking a shower. I can hear and feel the noise from the racetrack state highway, and I’m farthest from it. My neighbor was Cousin Cletus, who has enough junk and broken down cars around his trailer to start a scrapping business. They really enjoy their noisy 4 wheelers, especially at night. The whole place is a post apocalyptic junkyard, covered with RV’s and broken down heavy equipment that haven’t moved in decades. Go literally anywhere else.
