This place has no structure. There are cars, golf carts and side by sides driving around constantly with young kids on bikes. People here will walk through your site like a herd of zombies. While we were here 2 bicycles bikes were stolen one was our son’s bike. Needless to say we canceled the rest of our reservations for this summer. Pull troughs are decent back ins are nice and shady. All and all could be a super nice park if they had any idea how to run it. On the flip side they run the water park side very well.

  • Pricy but walking distance to water park!

Pros:Located within walking distance to the water park. There are numerous amenities which help to offset the price however be aware not all amenities are free. There are 2 playgrounds, a dog park, game field, put put, lazer tag, fishing pond, and more. Many sites have lots of trees and shade. The bathrooms are clean and showers are roomy. There is a picnic table and fire ring at each site (however burn bans are common during summer months). Cons:There is a variety of back in vrs pull through sites on either gravel or dirt. Sites are not level. Trees may not be trimmed well for large RV’s making backing in difficult. Not all sites will accommodate slides so be choosy at the time of reservation. Water pressure was in the yellow (low) on our regulator.
