Bad: There is a motorcycle shop in front of the campsite that uses the already narrow entrance to park their motorcycles. The narrow loop through the park has many pick up trucks parked in the road. We had to ask to move the motorcycles and the pick up trucks just to get out 37' Class A into the park. Then we needed a 7 point turn to fit into the back up spot. Good: The park is small and easy to walk around. The grounds are very well kept. The spots all have landscaping around with beautiful flowering trees. The location within the city is fantastic, it's right in the middle of the city. The cell tower is right next to the park so the signal on Verizon was lightening fast. We were able to stream, work, and conference call. (64 download/ 30 upload/ 55ms ping/LTE) You're close to public transportation to explore the city. There are several grocery stores near by. They allow all ages in Phoenix which is worth mentioning.
