We stayed at Tiffany RV park for a month when we arrived to Phoenix for the first time. There are so many 55+ parks here that it is hard to find one that does not have this restriction. We paid the monthly fee. The park was very small, a U shaped with less than 25 spots. Luckily we stayed there during the off season (October) but I couldn't imagine how it would be during the winter months. The owner Bobbi and his wife Kim were very nice and accommodating. The laundry room is very clean and is on-site. They have bathroom and showers but there is a fee to be able to use them. The sites were leveled and they have full hookups. The general location was great, less than a mile away from a gym, grocery store, fresh produce market etc… The area felt very safe and the was almost no noise from the road. The park is surrounded by RV dealerships and other business in the like.
