..this isn't a bad spot. Shade, mowed grass, plenty of room. River close enough to hear at night. Water, sewer and power. Looked like maybe cable or phone hookups, but I use neither, so did not investigate further.You can easily walk to the main street and various restaurants and stores.The downsides? Dumpster was locked, so couldn't get rid of trash. One property line is shared with a mobile home park, featuring lots of barking dogs. We were the only ones here when we visited, so it was quiet (other than the dogs) and peaceful. There are no bathrooms or other facilities. One picnic table near the river, so bring your own (table, not river).
