Small dirt park, I'm assuming the grass turns green after some watering. We were there in Oct. Very friendly host. There is noise from Hwy. but quiets down in evening. Could use some much needed updating. Will stop there again for short stay over.

Stayed one nite very convenient location. Small dirt park I'm assuming there is grass when watered for peak season. Really could use updating. For all the shortcomings Host are very gracious. Will stay there again.

Very small rv park with places for your dog to roam and stretch their legs. Bathrooms, showers and laundry are immaculate. Some traffic noise during the day but quiet at night. Cell phone is iffy. I have straight talk and 1 bar. But with a booster I got 2 and 3 bars. Enough to work with no drop calls. Internet was pretty good. Park also offers cable. Supper easy access to park from i5 freeway. Very quiet and peaceful grounds.

Small, dusty plot of land with no separation between “sites.” Owner was initially friendly and offered a veterans’ discount; however, he tried to put us in the smallest, most cramped spot (our door would have literally opened into a bush) and would not allow us to select another. We inquired about an empty back-in site and he said no, it had a “special” sewer system. Our site was also missing a picnic table, which I pointed out. His response: “Do you need one?” He offered to refund our money, which we accepted, then told us “Good luck finding an opening somewhere else.”
Nice little place. Good for an overnight stop

This park is close to the freeway so there's enough noise to bother sensitive ears. Other than that, it's a nice little park in a wooded setting with no full-timers, as far as we could tell. The owner is friendly and lives on site.Didn't visit the bathrooms.
