His dog was running loose pretty much all day, and he was not a friendly dog. We were also next to the storage area which was a bit of an eyesore. Would be nice if they put a fence around that. There were lots of families and large group gatherings so it was pretty noisy especially on weekends. Be careful which spot you're booking...some are in weird locations (i.e. right next to the dump station).Didn't use the bathrooms or laundry.

We very much enjoyed our time here! Super adorable for just W&E hookups. There is a dump station. Super nice dog run area. The grounds have excellent wifi. We had AT&T phone service and internet. But no T-Mobile phone service or internet. There is a great grocery store down the road and a fun brewery and coffee shop. Very close...moreWe very much enjoyed our time here! Exactly the kind of place we were looking for.

Close to Sequoia NP and a small town with a few little shops and restaurants. Felt more like camping then an RV park and that’s what we wanted. Nothing fancy about it but it was perfect. Hookups were good. On a little river with a nice little swimming hole. Perfect place for a family trip.

Stayed 1 night midweek, nice staff on phone and reception. Clean, nice site river front. Could be a little more level. Will come back.

Stayed one night in early September 2020. No glitz but tall trees with some RV sites backing up to a quiet picturesque stream. We came in the middle of May. The temperatures got up to the mid 80s in the day. 50s at night. The kids (we have 3 school aged children) absolutely loved the river and swam in it all day long. We got a deluxe river site which was very peaceful and scenic. The campground overall was very peaceful and beautiful with the foliage and flowers. A short walk and you’re at a little beach area on the river for the campers. The spot was a very tight squeeze to back in our 37ft fifth wheel but we made it work! My only gripe would be that at our site we had lots of foot traffic right behind our RV with other campers walking down to the river access-it basically felt like they were walking on our campsite and with our dogs it was an issue at first but then they got used to it! Close to sequoia visitors center and cute little town/restaurants.

Our family rented five sites ( 3 river front, 1 across the street and a tent site). Nice hosts, they offered to let us store our RV on property for a week without paid while we went skiing in Tahoe.

It was nice here. We got the river view with full hook ups so that’s why we paid a little extra but we were ok with that. It was nice out and the kids had fun riding the bikes around and kicking the ball. I would come here again.

R27 is not a river-front site, despite the rate. Beautiful, quiet when I arrived mid-week. Full hookups, sewer. Everything was clean and easy to access. Friendly staff! Office closes at 4pm, though.

Laurie checked us in.. we were going to stay for two nights but decided to stay an extra two nights.Nice local town... but beware of the ‘need for chains’ in Sequoia National park... they ( the park rangers) make you rent or buy them before allowing you in but we didn’t need them so it seems like a bit of a scam...moreVery nice people... This super shady campground was home for us while we visited the national park. It’s a great spot nestled in between small farms and North Fork Kaweah River. Our site was spacious, covered with shady trees, and backed up to the river. It was perfect compared to the gravel lot we were parked in for the last two nights. We meet some nice families at this park, and made a few friends. Staff is friendly enough, just wish they had a store for those last minute items. Right around the corner (on the highway actually) is Three Rivers Brewery. Don't leave without trying their Honey Ale! Super tasty.Bathrooms: didn't useHookups: full hookupsDog Park: no, but dogs are allowed in certain parts of the creek and there is a lot of space for walks. We ended up here because a heat wave kept us from dry camping at Lake Kaweah. It was the only park where we could find a site on the weekend, and although it was expensive we wanted to go to Sequoia so we bit the bullet.Sites are close and on dirt with old broken concrete patios. It was the only park where we could find a site on the weekend, and although it was expensive we wanted to go to Sequoia so we bit the bullet.Sites are close and on dirt with old broken concrete patios. We managed to get an end site so we had lots of open area but the interior sites were very tight. When I made the reservation I picked a water and electric site for $38/night but got a call later that day saying the computer system made an error and all we could get was a full hookup site for $49. After complaining we ended up with the end site and a rate of $44 for full hookups, still too much but there are only 3 RV parks near the entrance to Sequoia so it is understandable. Sites along the river are even more.We were not close to the restrooms so didn't even look at them. Showers were 75 cents and there was a laundry room which we also didn't check out.Wifi is included, and it was typical for an RV park. Sometimes it worked well and at others we could not even load email. There is no Verizon service in Three Rivers.The park was nearly full over the weekend with lots of families and campfires but for the most part they were quiet. It was an 8 mile drive to Sequoia National Park, and if it weren't for that we would not have stayed there.
