This was a GREAT spot! We pulled in and nabbed the last spot for the night. Met our neighbors and some locals from Salmon, had a great dinner with them and a good night’s sleep next to the River. Mike, the owner, was a great host. We’ll be back! (The only drawback was no cell service, one bar from Verizon and weak Wi-Fi at our site, b...moreThis was a GREAT spot! This rv park is right on the banks of the Salmon River, is exceptionally clean and offers all the services. It has a small Italian restaurant with a fairly large menu home-cooked by the owner. It only holds about 15 campers so either book in advance or get there early in the day. It’s close to 93 but you don’t hear the traffic. 30 miles north of Salmon ID RT. 93 on the Salmon River. 9 back in sites with full hookup and a pizzeria to boot! It was welcome after a day of driving. The place is actually called Waters Edge RV Park and Pizzeria. The owner is very friendly as is the staff in the restaurant which is only open Thurs. thru Sunday. The place is actually called Waters Edge RV Park and Pizzeria. The owner is very friendly as is the staff in the restaurant which is only open Thurs. thru Sunday. Dog friendly on their outside deck over the river, under the trees. Very picturesque. They are nearly booked solid from June - September as well as during hunting season. With the river running as strongly as it is in early May, road noise isn’t an issue. The sites face the road but as we are backed in, the river sound muffled anything going by. They have WiFi as well. Clean bathrooms with showers.
