Nice wide spaces in a small canyon along the river. Small grocery store including liquor, clothing and sportsman items and a post office. They had a WiFi guest connection but no cell service on Verizon or AT&T. Easy check-in at the store. It is apparently busy during hunting season but we were there on 9/30/19 and plenty of spaces.

  • My favorite place along the North Fork to camp!

This is my favorite place to set up steelhead camp in the fall. The campground is nicely located at the junction to head down the canyon. You are in the middle of some of the best steelhead runs on this section of the river. The campground is clean, and the staff is friendly. There are showers (coin operated), and a laundromat. There is also a restaurant, general store, gas pump, and post office on the edge of the campground. It makes it convenient if you need anything or want an ice cream cone. There is a boat launch nearby for rafters and anglers. This place is my first pick to camp. Prices vary a little depending upon hook-ups. There is free Wifi available, but no cell phone service.
