It’s right on the freeway, it’s very noisy. It didn’t bother us because we have a fan. Our site was next to the water. Nice view.

We are Greeted with a smile and an easy efficient check in. Christine , the manager is caring and accommodating making sure you have the accommodations you need for your rig. Two fishing ponds are peaceful and the freeway might be close but we were not disturbed by any traffic noise. We enjoyed seeing the trains in the distance and watching the ducks. We did not use their outdoor accommodations so have no opinion. Long level clean sites. We will definitely stay here when traveling thru Newberry Springs.

Very friendly woman checked us in and helped us figure out a good site with our long RV and tow car. Pool nice and duck ponds are pretty. Bathrooms not clean and no amenities but then we didn’t need any. Good basic place for overnight stay only

Nice level sites. Nothing special, but nice for an overnight stop. Its right on Historic Route 66, but also right next to Interstate 40, so there can be some road noise. Staff was very friendly.

For a one night say it is ok. Right next to interstate but not much else around. Fit our drive daily distance schedule. Nothing to do in the area... the Newberry Spring dried up in '94, Pisgah Crater is in the area, we looked and could not find it.

This was a cute rv stop for us. We are heading south to San Diego from Las Vegas and some thing didn’t go as planned so we had to stop here for the night to prepare for the next stop, and we enjoyed this rv park a lot for the little time we were there. Clean sites with a lot of space, phone service, full hookup

  • Great place for a safe night to sleep.

The park is right off the highway, but feels reasonably secure as there is little else in Newberry Springs to attract thieves. Also it's gated. We did hear some noise from the highway, but it wasn't loud enough to keep anyone awake. Not a lot of amenities. Full hook-up pull-through spaces and the staff are friendly.

The electric hook up was perfect as our A/C ran constantly until about 4 in the morning. This is a good one night stopover from here to there, easy on-easy off and a quick drive to Barstow for cheaper gas. Actually staying here again in mid-July on our way from there to here. It's a small older park that could use work, but is carefully taken care of as is. I could not hear the freeway traffic. WIFI sporatic and slow.

I will definitely stop here again on my way to Arizona.

This is one of those areas where the interstate's killing of the Mother Road is very apparent. At first glance the RV park looks like one of the victims. But once you pull in and get set up you appreciate the well maintained grounds, the friendly staff, and the unnatural blue water in the ponds. Our site was level gravel with FHU 50 amps. Everything worked well. We didn't use their WiFi or laundry/pool/showers, but all of that is available. Maybe a couple seasonal sites, but very well kept up. You're right on I-40 so you hear road noise all the time but it isn't bothersome. Trains in the distant add to the ambiance of wide open spaces. Bright security lights obscure most of the desert stars, but a short walk gives great access to the night sky. We were just en route to somewhere else, but when we return to play in the desert we would definitely stay here again.
