We stayed here for 30 days and really enjoyed our stay. The price can’t be beat. The beauty of the desert is amazing. Clean Showers, and laundry room. Friendly staff and neighbors. Some road noice from big trucks but not bad. Hope to stay there again. Needles is about 5 miles away, but best to cross the river for gas and groceries.

  • Good spot for an overnight, nice views.

When we got there there were only 2 sites available and they were water and electric only. This wasn’t a problem as we were only staying the night. The views of the valley and sunset were really beautiful. That alone made it worth it. The “overnight” water and electric sites, 96 and 97, are off to one side and by themselves which made for a pretty nice stay. There appeared to be a lot of seasonal, full time resident types which makes for a generally peaceful park and they have a nice club house area. The park staff was helpful. Light sleepers be advised: There is a bit of noise as this is a pretty busy truck route. Nothing out of the ordinary for a roadside RV park though.

While I40 noise could not be heard this place is right on another highway. Traffic all night long. Sites are very close to each other, seemed like our slide was in the neighbors door. Sites are sandy gravel. Code provided for WiFi, but it didn’t exist. Code provided for restroom, hubby said it was clean but no paper towels.
