We found this place through Passport America and thought the low daily rate given its proximity to the city would make up for whatever it may be lacking. We stayed for an hour before leaving. The host and neighbors were very polite and helpful and any one or two of the following issues would’ve been ok but the combo made us go elsewhere. It stated full hookups we’re available but only partial were available. WiFi wasn’t working. Cell reception was non existent. There was no grass, just dusty dirt. Our site wasn’t clean and had trash everywhere. The park is majority full time/long term residents.I hate to say it because they were nice people but we would not stay here.
