Chosen because it was only 25 minutes from the zoo, which I plan to visit tomorrow. The first site (103) was right under the freeway, a runaway car would have landed on me. And, someone was parked on my patio. So I asked to be reassigned, which they did cheerfully. Both sites sloped, with the drivers side high. They don’t answer their phone, but both times that I called and left a message, someone called me right back. The park and facilities are very clean and well kept. Freeway noise was loud and constant. I would return here only if I needed close access to San Diego. I got the Good Sam rate.

  • Not a resort!

We found this to be more trailer park than RV resort. Very few amenities and location is unremarkable. Cars parked in our space, no table! They did respond when we told them about this, but it was unnecessary to have cars there when guests were booked. Pool is small and overcrowded. No other amenities. Won’t be going back.

  • Not much to really say, BUT...

To be honest, it’s an ok spot to hang out for a couple days, but the price is kind of outrageous for what it is. We ONLY stayed here for 2 nights because we had Passport America. On the huge plus side, the staff was very friendly, the laundry room is super new & the pool/bathrooms were clean!

  • Passport America made it worth it

This is a Sunland property and the public areas are very nice. The property is secure with fencing and a locked gate (keypad). The staff have all been wonderful, polite and super friendly. The staff have all been wonderful, polite and super friendly. Here is our only complaint. A park is only as good as your neighbors. In this park we drew a poor neighbor. First off we used the Passport America trial and I think because of the deep discount (1/2 off) we were placed in an odd site. Our site is a convenient pull-through BUT is is very narrow. Most sites in the park have ample lots with picnic tables and brick patios m. Ours did not. One of our neighbors has a large dog and does not clean up after the dog. Needless to say we were stepping around doggie land mines while there. That was after we did some cleanup of our own. Now in defense of the park, I don’t blame them for putting the PA members in the undesirable site. I think had we paid card rate, the story would be very different. All the other sites were very nice.
