Nightly rate: $55
10% Discount for Good Sam and AAA are only good for a 1 night stay. Not especially in a great neighborhood. Lots of night time activity with teenagers in the neighborhood. Things are a bit dated and could use some modernizing. Some sites are bordering a very busy street. I will say there is plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby. Not 100% sure the number of sites they say they have are available for RV's, lots of Park models here occupying a larger number of sites.
