Met some nice folks, views were great. Only drawback is due to covid office is closed, we could not find the cable hookup and had a very hard time getting a hold of the camp host. This was our first time ever in an rv park, thank goodness for one of the full time RV’s staying there who helped us figure out to how to turn the water on. We did love it though.

Sunsets and nights were Az outstanding, lots of stars! Clubhouse and pool were closed (Covid) for our stay. Price reflects the PA rate.

Super nice friendly staff. We checked in over the phone and were met at our spot which was D-2. Great views from this premium outside row spot. . Good space between spots. Close to the laundry but not to close. Good WiFi. I think the repeater is on the laundry building. After electricity (.17 Kw) we paid a little over $40 a night. Miles of easy hiking/biking paths around the park and just down the road that are all dog friendly. Plenty of room for the biggest of class A's even pulling 16 foot trailers. Level site with concrete patio with picnic table. Club house/ pool/ etc were closed (Covid) but they sure looked nice from afar. We met friendly snow birders who return every year. Reasonable monthly rates and I would snowbird here once the pool opens!

In meeting a dozen or so fellow campers, most are repeat customers and stay here every year. The park has cable tv which is great but in 2 different sites it comes in really fuzzy. The other campers said this is normal. They have a very nice, well maintained, indoor pool and hot tub. A library, pool room, large lounge for hanging out, using WiFi, or watching tv. They have activities almost everyday, and breakfast on Sunday morning for a couple of bucks. Very nice walking trails on both the east and west side of the park. Park is very pet friendly, except the clubhouse. Nice pet fun with toys and fresh water. My only down side was that the WiFi is spotty the closer to the clubhouse you are the better it works. We have a TOGO WiFi hotspot through at&t, the signal is pretty weak at the park. The laundry is a nice building but only 2 out of 6 machines works and same with the dryers. I was told for whatever reason the owners won't spend any money on updating the machines. They won't honor any discounts during the winter months and have an additional charge of .17 per kw for electricity. This brings the daily cost to almost 40 per day which is on the high side. The monthly rate is a really big savings if you plan on staying for that long.I will stay here again when I pass through. The electric surcharge and higher price is the only thing that kept me from 5 stars.
Great park, great amenities, close proximity to sites

Very friendly staff, large sites with patio slab. Sites themselves are all pull-thru with cement patio slab/picnic table. About 14 miles from Tombstone. Quiet/peaceful area. We used as home base for exploring Tombstone, Bisbee and Sierra Vista. If visiting those areas and you have Passport America this place is a no brainer. Without Passport America still a terrific value compared to other options ...Electricity is billed separately regardless of stay which was weird. Since we have ample Solar, etc. we never plugged in as we really didn't need the electricity. Think it's billed at $0.17/kw.Think this place likely fills up after New Years with Snowbirds ... was awesome in late Oct. !

Great Mountain Views & close to Tombstone & the military town of Sierra Vista. Also close to the little Mexican town of Naco. Be sure & have your passport! My hubby & I went there so he could get some dental work done. Had to get a haircut for $6 & some yummy tacos! Tombstone Territories is super clean. There are guys working from one end to the other on the sites & grounds. Management is so kind & helpful. They have laundry, showers & covered pool. Dog runs & poop bags everywhere so please pick up after your pet! This year they did start charging $10 for pets. No problem. We had a Javelina walk right through our rv site! He or she was about 40 lbs. I’d never seen one in person before. Come & stay awhile here! It’s quiet & very wide & long pull thrus. While you’re here...don’t forget to visit Big Nose Kate’s Saloon in Tombstone. Yummy food & live entertainment. Plus checkout the gunfight at the OK Corral!????

Love this campground so much! We opted for a premium site at the perimeter, which meant we had an unobstructed view of the amazing scenery surrounding this area. Check-in was easy, friendly, and complete with a quick tour of the clubhouse, which has ample information on things to do, history, birding, shopping, dining, etc. Indoor pool with hot tub and some older fitness equipment. The water tasted really good here and was actually soft! Laundry was okay - always seemed to be one machine that was out of order, and had to restart a load each time I did laundry. Very nice library with a large assortment of books to borrow. The campground has several activities scheduled throughout the week. Beautiful, WIDE, level, large gravel pull-through sites with 50 amp. The views are stunning and I never tired of our clear view of the Dragoon Mountains to our east and the Whetstones to our west. This campground is just west of the San Pedro Riparian National Conservation Area, so you get to see tons of different species of migratory birds right out your front window. Bird feeders are placed throughout the park, so my morning routine consisted of a cup of coffee and a pair of binoculars and I was in birding heaven. A few different hiking paths directly out from the park, which were actually just fence row paths, but nice nonetheless. We saw javelinas, coyotes, deer, and many different species of bird. You're situated between Tombstone directly to your east and Whetstone, Huachuca City, and Sierra Vista to the southwest. Nearest grocery store is in Sierra Vista, about 25 minutes. This is high desert, with little protection, so the wind was pretty insane while we were there in mid-February to mid-March and the temps dipped to freezing. The stars were amazing. So much to do here: outstanding wineries in Sonoita/Elgin area and Willcox, Kartchner Caverns, Tombstone (very touristy & kinda sad, to us), Chiracahua National Monument (phenomenal hiking and scenery), Coronado National Memorial (beautiful view from Montezuma Pass), several BLM trails through the mountains (take a picnic and get lost, in a safe way), Bisbee (a GREAT town & a must see), and Patagonia (artsy fun) were some of the fun adventures we had. Very good wifi.

You MUST have a elbow on your dump hose. The pool and hot tub are VERY well looked after and the staff was super friendly and helpful. The laundry was very clean and very reasonable. The grounds are VERY well looked after. The park is 14miles from Tombstone. Nice and quiet. The only "bad" thing would be there is only 1 shower block and its in the office. Not sure how many showers are in there as I used our shower in the RV. There are restrooms in the laundry house but it could get frustrating when the park is busy. Signs warning of snakes but this is to be expected in this part of the country. They also have decent free Wi-Fi
