We really love this resort. (It’s not a campground). It’s perfectly maintained. A little bit strict but I like it that way because I don’t like it when folks pile junk outside their rigs. The amenities are well used and have good participation so plenty of nice people to meet. The down side is internet connectivity. I checked cellmapper and none of the carriers target this property with coverage. With Verizon our iPhones 11’s can make calls but almost no data service. The park WIFI is non-existent unless you are in the common buildings. We still work so this is a problem. I’m putting up my weboost to see if I can get past this.

It was $995 for Oct. 1 - Jan 1. We were supposed to check out on Jan 3rd, but we cancelled our reservations at the other RV Parks and ended up staying until April because we loved this park so much! What we loved: very social community, location is very quiet, yet close to the amenities/airport of Phoenix. Great Pickleball community even for beginners. The spaces are huge, level and no issues with any of the utilities. The social activities are endless and varied. Although this is a 55 and over park, it is a very young and active community. Super friendly people and incredible sunsets. The main pool is beautiful and warm all winter long. The fitness center is as well equipped as a 24 Hour Fitness Center! Other considerations: This is a mix of RV spaces and park models. I would say they are evenly split. The daily rate is high, but they offer a great fall special and discounts on extended stays. They have many work campers on site and everyone is super friendly and helpful. The only downside is the Verizon signal is not great. Definitely usable, but not a strong signal. Long term stays can get local internet at a reasonable price (which is what we did).We have already made arrangements to go back for next winter. This place is just the perfect fit for us!

We stayed here for the 2017 - 2018 season. This is a large park with all the amenities you would expect. They have a happy hour three days a week with live bands and $1.25 beer and wine. Great park to come to if your looking a place to stay for the winter
Truly a resort, but are all those rules necessary?

We opted for this one because it was outside of the city. To our surprise (and delight) we weren't given any sort of sales pitch at any time.Arrival was interesting. Because our Super-C is over 10 years old, it had to be "approved" by the supervisor. That was a little off-putting. And there seem to be tons of rules. Don't ride your bike on the sidewalks, they leave lack marks apparently. We were put into a gravel section with mostly other RVs. All the park models were in other sections. We loved the two pools and hot tubs. I made use of the sewing room to do some quilting, it was nice to spread out. We attended an happy hour (free!). Every person we met was very friendly and very enthusiastic about this place. The only bad thing I have to say is about the clueless-ness of the people in the main office. I am sure the staff at the check-in and activities desks are residents, but they should know more about what is going on. Simple questions about mail, access to the activity rooms could not be answered. To summarize, my husband loved the place. I didn't appreciate all the rules, etc. It seems a little too stifling.
