It was a little tricky to get into but about 20 minutes later and assistance from 3 other people and we were settled. The park is pretty quiet, they have nice facilities and our site was pretty level. Sites are gravel/sand with pavers set so the stairs exit to the pavered area which was nice. The greater Phoenix are is HUGE so this was fairly convenient for what we wanted to do but Apache Junction is the furthest east city in the area so if you want to be close to downtown Phoenix, this isn't for you. If you want a nice warm, quiet, clean park, this is a great place. We didn't use the facilities but did walk through and everything was very well kept and clean. We would stay here again.

The park was very clean and well taken care of. We were charged full price even though the laundry, recreation room and pool are not finished and obviously not useable. There were a couple of washers and dryers outside behind the office. This is a new park and there are no trees; no trees or shrubs are planted. Neighbor's sewer and other utilities were right next to my camper with no barrier. There is no cable; we were told that we could get over 100 channels from the antenna; we were able to get about 10 and most of them were Spanish channels. I could see a cell tower about 200 yards away; however, with Verizon I was only able to stream a very poor picture. There is no WiFi; however, you can pay an additional fee for a third party to provide WiFi. The park is 810' from the freeway and the traffic noise all night was unbearable; my wife and I were able to get very little sleep (we really should have checked this before we booked, but it was last minute). We were placed between two long-term campers that were there for work; one started his noisy vehicle to go to work every morning at 5:00am, and the other remote started his vehicle every morning at 6:00am with two loud horn honks. Without sleep it was a miserable stay. We left early because of the noise, and it was at that time we were told that there were no refunds when leaving early. When I informed the front desk woman that we were leaving early because of the traffic noise, she informed me that it didn't bother her, so it shouldn't bother us. I recommend booking only one night and see how it goes before paying for anymore.
