Really nice place and people. Pools and hot tubs clean. Pools were warm, although the hot tubs are super hot. Laundry and bathrooms looked great. Our site had a great view. Lots of activities. Some train noise but no road noise. However. There is virtually no cell service and no wifi offered to short term stays. They should make this information more readily available before checkin. My understanding is that T. mobile works somewhat. We have Verizon. Our Apple products got mostly nothing. Our Samsung Android phone was able to slow steam and make calls if standing in the right spot. In addition, there is an occasional smell from the local waste treatment plant and the Frito Lay plant, although that one smelled like chips! Oh, and they want you to wear a name tag. We were unable to find another place to go so we had to stay an additional week as we were waiting on an appointment. Nice place, but in this day and age if you know you have no cell service you should be providing WiFi.
