Good amenities if you'll use them- pool, pickleball courts, game room, pool tables, library and even a puzzle table! Easy access from the highway. Friendly staff. Cons: Even the large pull-through sites were very narrow and close to your neighbor. Our neighbor couldn't use one side of his picnic table if we put our driver's side slide out. Also, the sewer backed-up all around the hookup area when we tried to flush our tanks- the maintenance crew responded quickly but weren't at all surprised, said it happens all the time.

Previously, I spent 1 night in July, and needless to say, the park was practically empty. This time, in February, it was much busier. Here's what I like. The park is decent. The bathrooms are clean, with (in the men's room) 3 stalls, several sinks, and a number of showers with shower curtains. There appear to be a number of sponsored activities -- the night I was there was a lobster dinner. There is a fair contingent of snowbirds that stay for several months in the winter, and they seem to form a close-knit community. This is not a 55+ community, and seems to attract a lot of families with young children. There is a nice dog park. The sites themselves offer electric, water, sewer, and a picnic table, with gravel pads. My pad had a slight slope and I could have used a block or two to level my trailer out from side-to-side.Here's what I disliked. There was a bag of trash left in my site from the previous occupant. In addition, the sewer ring for the inlet to the sewer drain was broken. We told the office, but neither were corrected during our stay. But, here's the worst part and why I am not comfortable staying here again in the future. I used the park's online reservation system to make my reservation for 1 night. I made the reservation 3 weeks before my stay and paid for it in full. When I checked in, the lady at the desk said to me that she had me reserved for 7 nights. I corrected her and told her I was only spending 1 night. She then discovered and told me that another individual who had the same 1st and last name as I did was also checking in the same day. I didn't think anymore about it, and went to my campsite. After I arrived home, I checked my credit card account online and discovered Casa Grande RV had charged my credit card for two separate charges on the day I checked in -- $296 and $36! My balance at check-in should have been $0 because I paid for my 1-night stay (which was $47) in full when I reserved. I called and confirmed that Casa Grande RV had charged someone else's stay to my credit card which is saved into Casa Grande's reservation system. Worse, when I logged onto the Casa Grande reservation system, that other person's stay was merged into my account. This sloppy handling of my credit card and account information is too disturbing for me to ever use their online system again, or really to ever stay here again. The fact is, because I have a common name, and because another person with my same name had an overlapping stay, Casa Grande simply, without verifying, assumed we were one in the same and charged my card for that person's stay. That is unacceptable.

The whole place is desert stone with a few scrubby desert trees around. However the amenities here are quite good. Pools, jacuzzi, pickleball and shuffleboard, library, game room, crafts room, workout room, etc ...etc...Great!There are loads of planned activities as well. There is a rodeo grounds right down the street, and plenty of shopping/ restaurants in town. We found the staff a bit standoffish for having stayed there so long, but overall we liked the place. If need arose we would stay again.

Needed a FHU spot in between state parks. Very easy access from the freeway (6 miles) and within the park. Park is clean almost to the point of annoying as the leaf blowers were going almost all day on Monday, including blowing the dirt from the road onto everyone's vehicles. We haven't been this close to our neighbors in any park, nearly window to window on one side. Luckily we have nice and quiet neighbors :-) The "dog park" is a water basin for flood control so the dogs can only walk around the border of it. Nice for off leash time, but not really able to play or run. It's weird.Close to town without being in town so quiet and peaceful. You can have propane delivered to your site and trash is picked up from sites each morning. Pickle ball courts, swimming pool and hot tubs are nice.In-park WiFi good except during peak hours.
