They have a clean, sparking pool with a jacuzzi not attached. I personally went into the jacuzzi many times and loved it. Worked great! They also have restrooms with showers and a laundry room. They took the time and care to keep those areas very clean. There is always positives and negatives in regards to campgrounds. Wifi was a challenge as many people are trying to use the router. Campground wifi at any campground is usually lousy, so I suggest getting a personal router (we have one and worked great). I did not see many negatives about the campground. Yes, RV rates are high, but they are high EVERYWHERE. Monthly is the best and I tried to accommodate for people only staying 3 weeks and gave them a monthly rate to help with costs, with permission from the management.I love that it is close to shopping and ample hiking opportunities as the Superstition Mountains are close. Silly Mountain was the best and easy for hiking, getting the adrenaline going is always a plus. Entertainment nearby at the Barleens restaurant. Highly recommend this place for your next winter camping adventure! It is NOT a 55+ campground. Make reservations early in the year as they fill up quickly. Great management and staff - you cannot go wrong here.
Nice place if you are looking to winter over.... notvsuch a great value for a short stay.

Pros: Very clean, nicely landscaped for AZ, staff friendly, good grocery & dining options nearby. Lots of OTA channels, pool, corn hole, laundry, dog park, activities etc. Cons: pull through was long, but not quite level, WIFI does not reach the pull through sights in the back at ALL .... and they know it. Couldn't figure out how to hook to their cable. Permit to wash your rig $10 for the `season`.Guess that should have been our first clue... they have a season. Sort of `winter camp` for snowbirds. If that is what you are looking for, it is very nice.We were in the area to visit friends, dump/pump/resupply after boondocking, and do Taxes. Not having wifi was kind of a big deal for us. Being told we'd have to use the internet in the clubhouse wasn't going to cut it. Who wants to drag all their personal financial information to a common area?Normally it would not have been a big deal, we do have a Hotspot, but at $431 weekly rate, $80 nightly, in this day & age, routers for wifi to the whole park should be a given.Otherwise we did enjoy our stay here, and met some great people.8nts, 34` 5th wheel

If you want the basics in a safe quiet park this is it. Recently all tenants were noticed the park is selling and rates are going up 50% as of Jan 2020. This is a non 55 park with lots of snowbirds, everyone is on the move working or exploring, it is a great atmosphere as well as the current management is good. It has upset residence and some are looking to move. Park currently is 1/2 empty so as of the new year and staying here TBD.
