Clean park. Fast wifi. Close to Dothan. The transient spots are along HWY 231, so there is some road noise, but not too bad at night.
Super convenient!

This was a wonder park!!! Staff was so nice and helpful. So easy off the highway and our site was easy to get in and out. Wi-Fi was great as our Roku worked perfect. We just stayed overnight but have friends who stayed long term and were just as please. I would highly recommend this place.

Very nice RV park. Reservations and checkin couldn’t be any easier. Sites were reasonably sized, well laid out, and clean. It’s kind of a hodgepodge kind of place with a mix of long term, short term, and even houses, but we’d definitely stay there again.

The park is clean, with cement pull-through, level sites, full-hookups, and when we were there in late February there were plenty of open sites and privacy. Excellent WiFi! Nicest Dog Park I've seen in a long while with tons of little trees throughout for the dogs to run around and relieve themselves :-) There were also walking trails around the park, but we didn't take advantage of them. Good Sam discount. All in all, a beautiful and peaceful stay easy to reach off the highway!

12.22.20 stayed one night so can't speak to locale, but this is a reborn RV park (used to be Cherry Blossom RV Park, and before that Pecan Point RV Park) and every aspect seems brand new. We would definitely stay again.

We don't fly yet because of the pandemic so we took the RV and wanted to find a nice place to stay that is not to far from Dothan. This turned out to be an excellent choice. Super nice management and easy to deal with. The lots are all pull through, large, clean and the best facilities we have come across in a park. The drive in was in the dark and the first thing we noticed is that the hook ups were nicely lit so we had no issues positioning the trailer. Lots were level (1/2" on one side). This park has both 30a and 50a electrical hookups. Very clean connections with cable and super fast wi-fi. Water pressure is great. It is high but that is the way I prefer it with a regulator. Super clean facilities and very well kept grounds. My daughter went with us and had to do her class clinicals and final college exam online. I had a final project for work to do at the same time. We both worked all day online with absolutely no connectivity issues. The walking paths were amazing for a quick break and to get away a little. Plenty of places to eat nearby. An hour drive to the beach (have to do that) and 15 minutes to the parents house in Dothan. Overall perfect (the only great one) place to stay in between Dothan and Panama City. I highly suggest you check it out!

It was paved and long - long enough to fit our dually, 41' fifth wheel and my raptor. This place is super clean/spotless. The dog park is even clean!! (which always surprises me!) Management was super friendly too. Wifi here is fantastic. They have fiberoptic. The owner spent big bucks $$ to get it at this park and it works amazing. We were getting 100mbps down. Cell signal was great too - we have AT&T and Verizon. The only thing I could see being an issue for some people is the road noise. We didn't hear much of it but we also sleep with our AC on... if noise bothers you, they have spots in the back that don't hear much noise. We really enjoyed this park - you can tell the owners really care about the property and their guests. We will definitely stay again.

Our maiden voyage with our rv- super easy pull through site, easy hookups, extremely clean park, friendly people. Only slight downside was being right on highway and loud noise from traffic. Would recommend sites in the back where it would be much quieter if you reserve ahead of time.
