The review before ours could have been written by us, so mine will be shorter. Typical beach town park. Fairly close spots, but wide road with far more room to maneuver than some similar parks. Everyone was friendly. A bit of highway noise, but not terrible. Cute town and we enjoyed our stay. Price is high for what you get, but is similar our cheaper to everywhere in this expensive town. Seemed nicer than most of the parks we saw in town. Entering and exiting is via a steep hill that probably would have scared me when we were new to RVing...
Clean, neat typical coastal parking lot style campground, on country highway, within a few miles of Morro Bay

My brother lives in Cayucos, so when we wanted to celebrate my birthday with him, it made sense to take the RV down and stay in an RV park. The ones closer to the ocean were full, so I ended up calling Rancho Colina (the only way to make reservations BTW). It's a parking lot -style park, with only the hookups separating spaces. It is a pretty tight squeeze, side to side. With our 24' Class C, we had enough room behind to position the picnic table and enough room in front for my brother to park his truck across the space. There are a bunch of people who live in their rigs there, and others who apparently come for the season. And it has that feeling -- it's not really a party campground and I would imagine kids would get very bored (didn't actually see any kids). It IS very close to the ocean, but you'll need a vehicle, as the highway it's on is busy and probably not very walkable. It's a business-like park and things are quiet well before quiet time, with a number of trucks leaving early AM for work.Park was clean and neat. Gravel was new and plentiful. Great!!! Dog yard, with an area that is fenced off, so you can let your pups run free. It is noisy, as it's on the highway from Morro Bay to Atascadero. Opposite, across the highway is farmland, so sort of scenic. No acknowledgement of covid and no mask was worn by the office staff, etc. That being said, some seniors were wearing masks. Gave up on their wifi (we paid extra for it, but it wasn't worth it), but fortunately AT&T had enough bars.
