This is a nicely maintained manufactured home community with an addition at the back called Winter Haven that is for short-term RV site rentals. There are also plenty of park models back there as well, but lots of sites to choose from if you bring your own RV. We liked it so much we increased our stay from 7 to 12 days. Sites are large, and location is great on the east side of Tucson. There is one hot tub at the Winter Haven area, but we walked several times up to the pool and two hot tub area in the main part of the park. In this season of COVID, we had no issues using these facilities as very few people who lived there were actually using them. Great free WiFi. Peaceful location looking at mountains, with nice sunsets. We would stay again.

We snowbirded for a week in a fairly large, gravel, FHU site near the new, well-maintained laundry-shower building. The new building has a small indoor lounge and a patio with a fenced jacuzzi and covered barbeque grill and picnic table area specifically for the RV park. However, like every Arizona RV park we have snowbirded in, permanent park models are beginning to outnumber open RV spaces. The RV sites are at the back of the mobile home park, so it is a long, slow drive through the residential area to get to your site and a long walk back to the centrally located clubhouse and pool. That is why most permanent residents seem to have golf carts. The park's clubs and activities also seem to be aimed at the permanent residents and not short-term RVers. Finally, the RV sites are directly across Pantano Wash from Pantano Parkway, so there is considerable traffic noise during morning and evening rush hours. Not to mention the loud overhead military jets from nearby Davis-Monthon (but that is ubiquitous in southern Tucson, not just at this park).
