We found this park looking for a place to gather our wits for a couple of days before heading back down to the Lower 48. The manager is very laid-back and easy to work with, and they fit us in easily with nearly all the spots empty. The campground is close to Glennallen shopping, so it's a wonderful place to grocery shop, go to the bank, etc. -- take care of any necessities when heading into or out of Tok (or for travelers heading towards McCarthy). The sites are very long, and most seemed pretty level. There is also wifi from the office (it works so long as your direct view of it isn't blocked by another RV), and we found Verizon and AT&T to be strong and fast. There's nothing beautiful about the campground--just a single row of pull-throughs with full-hookups. But it's a decent place to rest up for a day or two.Since it is right on the Glenn Highway, there can be some highway noise. Also, I seem to remember the parking lot having some potholes, so just keep an eye out.Last item to note: when we called to check on availability, the phone number provided seemed to go to a water service provider, presumably owned by the same person. So we ended up just pulling in and asking if we could stay in person. Unless it's a holiday, you probably won't have any trouble finding a spot here.
